Heart of Lions midfielder Samuel Boamah is brimming with belief that his side has what it takes to mount a serious push for the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League title.

Reflecting on the team’s bright opening to the season, the midfielder stressed that the mood in camp is one of optimism and ambition.
“I will thank God for the win. I think we are very excited with the win because, looking at our position on the league table, we have the potential to win the league title,” Boamah remarked in his post-match comments.

While satisfied with the outcome, he admitted the encounter against Bechem United was far from straightforward, describing it as the most demanding test his side has faced so far.
“Today’s opponent was really tough. They were tough compared to the matches we have played so far. Our determination gave us the win, but it was a very tough match,” he explained.
