England-born Ghanaian right-back Terrell Agyemang has become the latest addition to the National League side Morecambe FC squad for the 2025/26 season.

The 22-year-old has joined the new team from Middlesbrough as he makes the move to the Shrimps. He spent his youth days with Charlton Athletic, until moving to Manchester City Academy for the 2022/23 season, where he was then involved in the Premier League 2, winning the title.

Morecambe’s manager Ashvir Singh Johal expressed his joy after signing the new defender.

“Terrell is someone I have known about for a long time, when he was a young player at Charlton. He was bought by Manchester City and was a part of the best under 21 team in the country”, he was quoted by the club’s official website.

“He is someone who we have identified will fit the environment we are trying to create. First and foremost, he is a very hard worker, he has a fantastic personality. He is going to be a great fit for the style of play so we’re looking forward to seeing how he fits into this team this season,” he added.

During his time with the Shrimps, Agyemang will wear the number 4 shirt.
