Mohammed Fuseini, a full Ghanaian international, has pledged his long-term future to Belgian champions Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, penning a new deal that runs until 2028, with an option for a further year, according to the club’s website.

The 23-year-old Ghanaian attacker arrived at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise last summer from Austrian side Sturm Graz, shortly after impressing on loan at Danish club Randers in the 2023/24 campaign.

Fuseini wasted no time making his mark in Belgium, hitting nine goals and supplying three assists in the Jupiler Pro League as USG clinched their first-ever league crown. In total, he found the net 11 times across 42 appearances in all competitions.

Although he is currently sidelined with a pre-season injury, the forward remains focused on returning to action and helping the club push for more success both in domestic competitions and on the European stage.

Internationally, the youthful forward has made three competitive caps for the Ghanaian senior national team, the Black Stars, with both games coming this year.
