Karela United are on the brink of securing the services of exciting winger Kwabena Adu Meider, who has arrived in Sunyani to wrap up negotiations with the club, as per Kickgh.

The 22-year-old, formerly of Nsoatreman FC and Legon Cities, is set to commit to a three-year deal that will see him bolster the Pride and Passion’s ranks ahead of the upcoming 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

Meider was heavily tipped for a move to Hearts of Oak earlier in the window, but that transfer fell through, leaving the door wide open for Karela to make their move.

Blessed with blistering pace and a flair for unlocking defences, the winger is regarded as a player who can add a new dimension to Karela United’s frontline. His arrival is expected to inject fresh energy into the side’s attacking set-up as they prepare for a demanding campaign.

With the clock ticking on the transfer deadline, Karela’s hierarchy are keen to finalize the signing swiftly, ensuring Meider is integrated into the squad without delay.
