Ghanaian international and winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, who previously expressed frustration with the Leicester City fans, decided to stay at the King Power Stadium amid all the transfer rumors, Footy-Africa exclusively confirms.
According to Footy-Africa’s information, Leicester rebuffed a €32 million offer from Sunderland, a bid that underlined just how highly rated the Black Stars youngster is.
At the same time it was reported that Everton were monitoring developments closely, with the Blues head coach David Moyes is trying to add pace and creativity to his squad’s attack.

After all that Issahaku’s camp denied all speculations, insisting on Abdul staying with Leicester City and focusing on the new season.
“He is happy with the project at the King Power and wants to continue his development. Whatever will happen in the future isn’t a matter for him to worry about, he just wants to play and help the team,” Footy-Africa’s source explained.
The 21-year-old has played 58 games for the Foxes since his arrival in the 2022/23 season, scoring 15 goals and registering seven assists.
At the international stage, Fatawu has already accumulated 24 caps for the Black Stars, scoring three goals and assisting twice.
