Ghanaian defender Denis Odoi has sealed a move to Dutch Eredivisie outfit NAC Breda, joining the club on a free transfer and signing a contract that runs until the close of the current campaign, with an option to extend for another year.
The veteran full-back links up once again with compatriot Kamal Sowah, rekindling a partnership that last featured on the international stage during Ghana’s run at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
NAC Breda announced the acquisition in an official release, emphasizing that Odoi’s addition arrives at a crucial moment as the side grapples with multiple defensive injuries. The club highlighted his adaptability, seasoned leadership, and top-level experience as qualities that will immediately strengthen the squad.
