Ghanaian midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi has been named Player of the Season at FC Nordsjælland after an exceptional campaign in the Danish Superliga.

The highly-rated youngster received the honour ahead of the club’s league fixture on Sunday, rounding off a memorable season that has seen him emerge as one of the most important figures in the Nordsjælland setup.

A product of the renowned Right to Dream Academy, Yirenkyi has enjoyed a major breakthrough year, earning praise for his maturity, technical quality and tireless performances in midfield.

The 19-year-old has become a key driving force for the Danish side, consistently influencing games with his intelligent movement, sharp passing and calmness in possession. His impressive displays have not only won over supporters but also attracted growing attention across Scandinavian football.

Yirenkyi has made 29 appearances in all competitions this season, contributing two goals and six assists while helping Nordsjælland remain competitive in the Danish top flight.
