Antoine Semenyo has called on his Manchester City teammates to quickly shift their attention to Tuesday’s crucial Premier League encounter against AFC Bournemouth following the club’s FA Cup triumph over Chelsea FC at Wembley Stadium.
City secured silverware on Saturday after edging Chelsea in a hard-fought final, but Semenyo insists there is little room for extended celebrations as Pep Guardiola’s side prepares for another demanding fixture away at the Vitality Stadium.
The Ghana forward stressed the importance of maintaining concentration during the closing stages of the campaign, with City still eager to end the season strong.

“I don’t think there will be many celebrations tonight, it’s about getting ready for Tuesday,” Semenyo said. “Just train the same way, and hopefully, results fall into our hands. So we just have to pray it happens. I’m enjoying every day and enjoying all these trophies. Hopefully, we can finish off the job by the end of the season.”
Manchester City travel to the south coast to face Bournemouth on Tuesday, May 19, with kick-off scheduled for 19:30 GMT.
