Romanian SuperLiga outfit FC Dinamo have reportedly set their sights on Ghanaian striker Kwaku Karikari, with the forward already attracting transfer interest despite only recently completing a permanent move to Serbian side Železničar Pančevo.
Karikari officially joined Železničar Pančevo on 28 July from Danish club AC Horsens in a deal reported to be worth €600,000, bringing an end to a successful loan spell with the Serbian club during the 2025/26 campaign. However, just days after putting pen to paper on a long-term contract, the 24-year-old has emerged as a player of interest for Dinamo.
The centre-forward is yet to make his competitive debut since sealing the permanent switch. Železničar Pančevo have already featured in one Serbian SuperLiga fixture and one UEFA Conference League qualifying match this season, but Karikari has not appeared in either encounter.

Any attempt by Dinamo to prise him away is likely to be complicated by the length of his current deal, which runs until 30 June 2029. The Ghanaian is also valued at around €2 million, underlining the club’s investment in securing his services on a permanent basis.
Karikari’s return to Železničar followed an impressive loan campaign that convinced the Serbian side to exercise a permanent move after he briefly returned to AC Horsens at the conclusion of last season.
The striker’s journey began in Ghana with Liberty Professionals, where he progressed through the club’s youth ranks before breaking into the senior side. He also enjoyed a loan spell at Dreams FC before taking his talents to Serbia in 2022 with Jedinstvo Ub, a move that paved the way for his rise in European football.
Although no formal offer has been confirmed, Dinamo’s reported interest comes at a remarkable time, with Karikari having only just committed his long-term future to Železničar Pančevo.
