Bechem United’s Kobina Amissah earns a maiden nomination after masterminding an impressive four-game run that yielded three wins and a draw. His team were disciplined at both ends, finding the net four times while shipping just two goals across the month.
At Medeama SC, Ibrahim Tanko presided over a blistering stretch of form, guiding the Tarkwa outfit to four victories from five league fixtures. The reigning contenders were ruthless in attack, striking ten goals and conceding only four to tighten their grip at the summit of the standings.

Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon also made a strong case, steering the Dawu-based side through January without defeat. His charges collected two wins and three draws, posting eight goals while allowing just three in five outings to keep their campaign on track.
Rounding off the shortlist is FC Samartex 1996 boss Christopher Ennin, who oversaw a composed and commanding month.
