Fulham boss Marco Silva has warned his players not to get caught up in the spotlight surrounding Antoine Semenyo when they line up against AFC Bournemouth tonight.

The Ghanaian international has been electric in front of goal this campaign, already boasting four goals and two assists, and heads into the clash at the Vitality Stadium as one of the Premier League’s form forwards.

But Silva, who has been preparing his side for the Cherries’ fast-paced approach, stressed that Bournemouth’s danger goes far beyond the 24-year-old.

“When I say physical side, not talking about the size of the team, [but] physical the way they approach, physical the way they challenge every single moment of the game,” Silva explained.

“It’s not just him, Semenyo. If you look at the solutions they have in the frontline, it’s not just him. Of course, he’s in a good moment. Last season was very good for him as well. I think they are much more than just Semenyo. We have to be aware of them as a team, and not just one player,” he added.

Fulham will need to keep their defensive shape tight if they are to avoid being overrun by a Bournemouth side that has developed into one of the league’s most physically relentless outfits.

Kick-off is set for 19:00 GMT at the Vitality Stadium.
