Italian Serie A side ACF Fiorentina have officially completed the permanent signing of Ghanaian international Tariq Lamptey from Brighton & Hove Albion, strengthening their options on the right flank.
Lamptey, 24, who was born in Hillingdon, London, on 30 September 2000, rose through the ranks of Chelsea’s esteemed youth academy before carving out a name for himself in the Premier League with Brighton.

Over five seasons on the south coast of England, he accumulated 122 appearances across domestic and European competitions, tallying five goals and twelve assists, a testament to his attacking flair and defensive reliability.
Known for his blistering pace and relentless energy, Lamptey has not only impressed in club football but has also made his mark on the international stage. He has been capped 11 times for the Ghana senior national team, bringing dynamism and versatility to Otto Addo’s squad.
