Mensah to leave Real Betis, two La Liga clubs in the hunt

Real Betis are looking to part ways with Ghanaian international central midfielder Mawuli Mensah, as he has attracted attention from other Spanish clubs after his impressive performance, Africafoot reports.

Levante and Real Oviedo have already expressed decisive intentions to sign the 21-year-old before the summer transfer window deadline.

According to Africafoot information, representatives of both clubs reached Mensah and started talks on his potential permanent move.

The promoted to La Liga Real Oviedo has proved to be more convincing and intends to submit an offer of almost 800,000 euros to try to enlist the Ghanaian midfielder.

Last season Mensah, whose current contract with Real Betis expires in June 2026, played 15 games for the reserve team.

His Transfermarkt value is estimated at around 400,000 euros, while he is under contract with Real Betis until June 2026.
