Kenyan Premier League heavyweights Gor Mahia have bolstered their attacking ranks with the acquisition of Ghanaian forward Ebenezer Adukwa on a two-year contract.
The 24-year-old, renowned for his pace and versatility, joins K’Ogalo after a spell with Ghanaian topflight side Bechem United. Adukwa, who is equally comfortable playing as a central striker or out wide on the left flank, also boasts international experience from a stint with Kosovo second-tier outfit KF Trepça 89.
In their official announcement, Gor Mahia expressed excitement over the signing, stating: “We are delighted to welcome Ebenezer Adukwa to the Gor Mahia family. His addition brings depth, creativity, and firepower to our attack.”

Head coach CK Akonnor, himself a former Ghana international, hailed Adukwa’s arrival as a major boost to the club’s ambitions this season.
“Ebenezer is dynamic, hardworking, and offers us multiple options in the final third. I believe he will play a key role as we push for silverware on all fronts,” Akonnor said.
The signing comes just days before the closure of the Kenyan transfer window at midnight on Friday, September 5, as Gor Mahia look to strengthen their squad ahead of a demanding campaign both domestically and in continental competitions.
With Adukwa’s arrival, the Nairobi-based giants have underlined their intent to reclaim their dominance in Kenyan football and make an impact on the CAF stage.
