PHOTOS: Emmanuel Boateng seals Hapoel Tel Aviv move

Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Boateng has completed his switch from Aduana Stars to Hapoel Tel Aviv.

The 21-year-old’s move was completed in the final hour of the transfer deadline in Israel – with his documents signed and delivered in the Transfer Matching System (TMS) just five minutes before the window shut on Monday.

Boateng had joined the side on a brief assessment on September 11 and has now been rewarded a four-year contract.

The player – who can operate as a second striker and as well from the wings – was a key figure in Aduana’s campaign in this year’s Caf inter-club competitions.

Emmanuel Boateng was signed by Aduana Stars just last January after opting to look elsewhere at the end of his contract with fellow Ghana Premier League side West Africa Football Academy.
