The Black Stars have arrived in Antananarivo ahead of their match against Madagascar in Group E of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifying.
At around 1:00 am on Saturday, Team Ghana landed in the capital of Madagascar after leaving Accra on Friday.
On Saturday, June 17, at 14:00 GMT, head coach Chris Hughton will lead his side through a mandatory training session at the match venue – the Kianja Barea Stadium.
Before traveling to the important match, the Black Stars had four training sessions in Accra.
Ghana top Group E of the qualifiers with 8 points, having won two and drawn the remaining two games. Victory in Antananarivo will guarantee the four-time champions a spot in the forthcoming Afcon in Cote d’Ivoire.
The game is scheduled for 14:00 GMT kickoff on Sunday, June 18.
The Black Stars’ qualifying campaign will come to an end with a final home match against the Central African Republic in September.
