Asante Kotoko to spend GHC300k as compensation for Nkawkaw accident victims.

Asante Kotoko will use GH300,000 to compensate victims who were affected in the accident the club suffered on the Accra-Kumasi road in 2017.

The Porcupines were returning from their Ghana Premier League game against Inter Allies in Accra.

Some staff of the club suffered minor injuries and Kotoko eventually lost their technical team member Thomas Obeng Asare.

Now the club’s management in communications with the Board of Directors have decided to compensate the affected personnel.

Furthermore, GHC300,000 is the total sum set for the victims compensation.

And it will be paid per level of their injury, according to Oyerepa FM.

Kotoko’s Board led by Dr. Kwame Kyei had received criticisms for earlier neglecting the victims.
