Solomon Sarfo Taylor’s early lead was levelled by Gold Stars with few minutes to end the clash.
Abednego Tetteh netted in the 91st minute of additional time to gift the visitors a point ahead of their match-week 31 game.
This is Kotoko’s 11th draw of the 2022/23 league campaign and it moves them down to 6th position just above Gold Stars.
