Legon Cities were held at home by Tamale City as the sides played out a 1-1 draw in their 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League (GPL) match-day 19 fixture on Wednesday.
Striker Kofi Kordzi fired the Royals in front at El-Wak Stadium with 38 minutes on the clock
But four minutes after the start of the second half, striker Sampson Eduku equalised for the visiting Cityzens.
No more goals were scored by either side and the points were shared.
The draw – a 7th for Legon Cities in 19 matches – means they remain in 14th position with 22 points whilst Tamale City remain second from the bottom of the league standings with two points less.
Nasiru Moro of Legon Cities received the man-of-the-match award.
