2022/23 MTN FA Cup: Aduana to host Kotoko, Liberty visit Dreams in Round of 16
Fixtures confirmed for the weekend of February 24 to 26, 2023.
The draw for the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup Round of 16 on Tuesday set up a compelling matchup between current Ghana Premier League leaders Aduana FC and defending champions Asante Kotoko.
Per the live draw held at the Conference Room of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), the Porcupine Warriors will play guests at the Nana Agyeman Badu (NAB) I Stadium in Dormaa.
The other all-Premier League fixture of the round is a battle between Real Tamale United (RTU) and FC Samartex at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.
Five fixtures are tricky contests between Ghana Premier League and Division One clubs – King Faisal vs Steadfast FC, Nsoatreman FC vs Debibi United, Dreams FC vs Liberty Professionals, Legon Cities vs Volta Rangers and Ebusua Dwarfs vs Kotoku Royals.
A Division One quarterfinal spot is already assured following the pairing of Heart of Lions and Skyy FC.
The Round of 16 ties are confirmed to be played on the weekend of February 24 to 26.
