Southampton FC have beaten Premier League rivals Everton FC to an agreement to sign Ghana international Kamaldeen Sulemana.
According to L’Équipe, the 20-year-old pacy winger has chosen the Saints over the Toffees after both clubs had their bids accepted by his French club Stade Rennais.
Reports suggest that Sulemana will sign a four-and-a-half-year contract which includes a €3m bonus after passing a mandatory medical schedule to take place in France.
Stade Rennais signed the Black Stars attacker a year and a half ago from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland for €15m and have now accepted a bid of €25m plus €5m add-ons for his transfer to Southampton.
Kamaldeen Sulemman has had six goals and four assists in 47 appearances in the Stade Rennais colours.
