King Faisal continued their stuttering start to the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League (GPL) after losing 3-2 – to Aduana FC at home Monday afternoon.
The two-time league champions struck first in the 16th minute of the match-day 2 clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium through striker Bright Adjei – his second goal in two games.
Haruna Mohammed then hit back for Faisal on 27 minutes.
Midfielder Kwame Adom Frimpong restored the advantage 6 minutes later for Aduana who held on to a 2-1 lead at halftime.
In the 53rd minute, new boy Solomon Aboagye extended the lead for Aduana.
With just a minute from time, Elias Elias reduced the damage for the hosts to 3-2.
And that was all as Aduana FC take their tally to 6 points from two games played while Faisal have nothing to show.
