Tamale City FC have named Mohammed Abdul Wahid as the club’s first team coach ahead of the 2022/23 football season.
The former Legon Cities assistant coach has signed a two-year deal to join the Ghana Premier League newcomers.
He will be assisted by former Asante Kotoko midfielder Hamza Mohammed and Mohammed Bashiru.

Tamale City led by Hamza Mohammed gained promotion to the topflight after beating Ebusua Dwarfs and Liberty professionals in the Division One playoffs.
The Tamale-based club begin their Ghana Premier League campaign against Karela United.
