Ampem Darkoa Ladies played to a goalless draw against Bayelsa Queens of Nigeria in their second group match at the Wafu Zone-B qualifying tournament to the 2022 Caf Women’s Champions League on Wednesday.
There was just nothing to separate the sides deemed the strongest in Group B.
The result took both sides to four points ahead of the final group matches to be played on Sunday.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies play Athleta FC of Togo while Burkina Faso’s USFA face Bayelsa Queens.
Bayelsa Queens and Ampem Darkoa Ladies are tied on 4 points but the Nigerian champions top Group B with superior goals.
The top two sides advance to the semifinals.
