Asante Kotoko will face Rail Club du Kadiogo in the 2022/23 Caf Champions League first preliminary round.
The Burkinabe side will host the Porcupines in Ouagadougou for the first leg between September 9-11.
The second leg will be played in Kumasi between 16-18 September.
Asante Kotoko will be camping in Turkey during pre-season before the commencement of the competition.
Their opponents, Kadiogo won the Burkina Premier League last season, their fourth league title since their establishment in 1967.
