Kotoko Board deny Ogum resignation, set to meet coach July 25

Asante Kotoko’s Board of Directors have denied reports head coach Dr.Prosper Narteh Ogum has resigned from the club.

The board, in a statement signed by Secretary Kwamina Mensah(Esq), say that Narteh has neither resigned nor communicated that to Technical Commitee of the Board.

Prosper Narteh resigned and that’s according to the club’s Administrative and Operations Manager Emmanuel Dasoberi, who further disclosed one of the reasons.

The fresh communique by the Board might just be notable to the decisions of the gaffer who is currently in Cape Coast on national team duties.

Kotoko’s management expected Narteh Ogum’s resignation letter today but there’s another twist in the saga.

The board are expected to meet the tactician on Monday July 25.
