U-17 WWCQ: Burundi ref Suavis Iratunga to handle Ghana vs Morocco in Accra

Burundi referee Suavis Iratunga will take charge of affairs when Ghana lock horns with Morocco at home in the final round of the African qualifiers to the India 2022 Fifa U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The Black Maidens will be hosting Les Lioncelles de l’Atlas in this first-leg encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, May 20.

Referee Iratunga, 34, will be aided on the lines by compatriots Fides Bangurambona (Assistant I) and Arcella Uwizera (Assistant II).

Aline Umutoni, also a Burundian, is the Fourth Official.

Togolese Latré-Kayi Edzona Lawson Hogban will be the Match Commissioner.

Dr. Christiana Baah from Ghana has been named the COVID-19 Officer.

The match is scheduled for 15:00 GMT kickoff.
