Salim Adams: In-demand loanee to leave Hearts

On-loan midfielder Salim Adams is likely to leave Hearts of Oak at the end of the 2021/22 season due to huge interest from foreign clubs in Europe and the USA.

The 19-year-old, who joined from second-tier side New Edubiase United, has been impressive for the Phobians since his debut in January.

According to New Edubiase bankroller Abdul Salam Yakubu, three clubs are eager to sign Salim at the end of the football season.

“I have received three offers from abroad, one from America and two from Europe.

“In Europe for instance, a Danish club has shown interest in him.

“Also, a team in Minnesota, USA made an official request for the player,” the New Edubiase Chief told Kumasi-based Wontumi TV/FM.

Salim Adams scored a belter in his maiden game for Hearts during their Caf Champions League game against Guinean side CI Kamsar.
