- Prisons Ladies 0–0 Ampem Darkoa Ladies
A dominant Prisons Ladies were held by leaders Ampem Darkoa Ladies in the Bono Derby at Sunyani Coronation Park on Saturday.
Both sides showed enough firepower upfront, slightly ahead were the hosts but they failed to grab the all-important goal in the game.
Prisons Ladies move to 8 points and drop a place down to 8th position after 8 games.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies share the top place with Fabulous Ladies. Both teams are currently on 16 points. Ampem Darkoa sit top due to a better goal difference.
- Supreme Ladies 2–0 Savannah Ladies
Abigail Sekyiwaa’s 30th and 51st-minute goals were enough for Supreme Ladies to grab a 2–0 win against newbies Savannah Ladies at the Bantama Astroturf Park.
It was easy work for Supreme Ladies going overly dominant in both halves for their 3rd win of the campaign.
The win puts Supreme Ladies on 10 points – 4 behind Savannah Ladies. They now occupy 6th position on the league log.
- Fabulous Ladies 3–0 Pearl Pia Ladies
The top 4 clash didn’t live up to its merit as Fabulous Ladies ran rampant over Pearl Pia Ladies on Sunday.
Cynthia Mensah got the match opener in the 37th minute while Ernestina Mensah bagged brace for Fabulous Ladies at the Bantama Astroturf.
Fabulous are now tied on the same points, 16, with leaders Ampem Darkoa Ladies after match-day 8.
- Dreamz Ladies 1 – 2 Kumasi Sports Academy
At the Bantama Astroturf on Monday, Precious Asante got the match opener on the 33rd minute for Dreamz Ladies FC.
But Favor Fosuaa Anane levelled for visiting Kumasi Sports Academy before the halftime break.
Gertrude Amoafo went on to score in the 53rd minute to secure an away win for Sports Academy.
With their third win of the season, Kumasi Sports Academy increase their tally to 11 points but maintain position 6 while Dreamz lie 4th with 13 points.
- Northern Ladies 1 – 2 Ashtown Ladies FC
Ashtown Ladies moved to the 5th position with 13 points after securing their 4th win of the campaign and go three points behind league leaders Ampem Darkoa.
Northern ladies scored the opener through Frederica Torkudzor in the 20th minute.
Fidous Yakubu responded with two goals for Ashtown Ladies to secure the vital road win.
Northern Ladies remain in 10th position and are winless after 8 matches.
The final round of games continues over the weekend.
