Black Stars coach, Milovan Rajevac has dropped captain Andre Ayew and youngster Fatawu Ishahaku from Ghana’s starting line-up to face Zimbabwe in Harare.
The Qatar 2022 Fifa World Cup qualifying Group G match-day 4 clash kicks off at 13:00 GMT.
The Black Stars defeated the Warriors 3-1 in the first leg at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium three days ago and Milovan has made two changes to the team that started that game.
Baba Iddrisu and Benjamin Tetteh who were introduced in the second half against the Warriors, start this time in place of Ishahaku and Dede Ayew.
Deputy captain Thomas Partey takes up the mantle to lead the Stars out at the National Sports Stadium.
Iddrisu will partner Partey and Kudus Mohammed in midfield with Kamaldeen Sulemana, Jordan Ayew and Benjamin leading the attack
The back four remains unchanged.
