VIDEO: Kamaldeen hits brace in big Stade Rennais win

Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana scored twice for Stade Rennais as they hammered Clermont Foot 6-0 in the 2021/22 French Ligue 1 Wednesday night.

The 19-year-old summer signing from FC Nordsjælland put up a man-of-the-match performance to help his new side at the Roazhon Park.

The brace increases his tally to three in seven league games so far.

Jonas Martin broke the deadlock for the hosts in the 32nd minute before Terrier doubled Rennais’ lead.

After the break, Kamaldeen then picked up the pace and hit a brace in two minutes to extend the French side’s lead to four. Watch.

Gaetan Laborde also headed into the net before Birger Meling set up Flavien Tait to make it 6-0 on 77 minutes.

The win has sent Stade Rennais to 11th on the league table.
