Burkinabe keeper Boris Mandjui signs for Medeama

Medeama SC have secured the signing of Burkina Faso goalkeeper Boris Mandjui.

The Mauve and Yellows concluded the deal with the 25-year-old free agent on Thursday,

Mandjui – who was a member of the Burkina Faso squad at the 2015 African Games foorball competition – signed for three years.

He becomes the second goalkeeper signing by the two-time FA Cup winners after announcing the experienced John Moosie from Techiman Eleven Wonders two days ago.

The two new keepers thus fill the void created by the departure of Frank Boateng and the impending exit of out-of-favour Eric Ofori-Antwi.

Boris Mandjui previously played for USFA Ouagadougou, ASEC Mimosas and Williamsville AC of Cote d’Ivoire before another spell in his native Burkina Faso with FC Salitas.

His last club was Abidjan-based Association Sportive de L’Indénié.
