Four Ghanaian referees, led by Abdul Latif Adaari, have been appointed to officiate the 2021/22 Caf Champions League match between Nigeria’s Rivers United and Young Africans (Yanga) of Tanzania.
This first preliminary round second leg clash is scheduled for Adokiye Amiesimaka International Stadium in Port Harcourt at 16H00 GMT on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Adaari, 33, is to be helped on the lines by countrymen Paul Kodzo Atimaka (Assistant I) and Patrick Papala (Assistant II) while Kwame Benjamin Sefah acts as the Fourth Official.
Sullay Kamara from Sierra Leone will serve as the Match Commissioner.
Nigerian medical practitioner Ozi Salami Abdulrahim Onimisi has also been appointed as COVID-19 Officer.
