VIDEO: Kwame Opoku nets again in USM Alger win

Striker Kwame Opoku scored for the successive game as USM Alger defeated Bordj Bou Arreridj in the Algerian Ligue 1 Thursday night.

The 22-year-old – who netted his first league goal last Sunday (away to RC Relizane) since arriving from Asante Kotoko in April – opened the scoring with a brilliant 17th-minute strike.

Opoku chest-controlled a pass from midfield before spinning to fire home the first goal of the match-day 28 encounter at Stade Omar Hamadi.

Bordj Bou Arreridj, however, pulled back through Noufel Lalaoui just two minutes later.

USM Alger went on to score two more goals in the second half courtesy Abderrahim Hamra and Ismail Belkacemi in the 57th and 78th minutes respectively.

Kwame Opoku played full throttle and now has three goals since joining L’USMA.  He made a scoring debut last May in the Algerian League Cup.
