Kofi Owusu scored a 92nd-minute winner at the Golden City Park to power Berekum Chelsea to a 2-1 win over Great Olympics in their Ghana Premier League match-day 33 clash Sunday.
Left-back Benjamin Abaidoo opened the scoring for the Bibires in first-half stoppage time.
But the Dade lads got the equalizer in the 87th minute through Gladson Awako.
Kofi Owusu then powered in the winner late in injury time.
The three points have secured Berekum Chelsea their place in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League and may have just dashed Annor Walker’s charges a finish in the top four at the end of the season.
Berekum Chelsea sit 9th on the league table with 43 points. They will finish the season away in Tarkwa against Medeama.
For Great Olympics, they will host Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium in their final fixture of the season.
