Bibiani Gold Stars have become the first club to qualify from Division One to the Ghana Premier League for the 2021/22 season.
The Bibiani-based outfit being guided by coach Kobina Amissah booked the historic qualification after drawing with Pacific Heroes at Duns Park.
With two games to end the season, Gold Stars top Zone Two of the Division One League with an unassailable 62 points, confirming their spot in the top-flight of Ghana football – a first in their history.
Gold Stars become the fourth team coach Amissah has guided to the Ghana Premier from the Division One League.
