Aduana FC rounded up their 2020/21 Ghana Premier League campaign with a top-four finish following a 2-1 win against Karela United at the Nana Agyeman Badu I Park on Sunday.
The Ogya Boys got an early lead through Charles Gyamfi who scored in the 6th minute.
Benjamin Tweneboah added the second in the 71st minute to cement’ place in the top four.
Striker Diawisie Taylor pulled one back for Karela in the closing stages of the game. The league’s top scorer converted a penalty to extend his tally to 18 goals.
Aduana FC, with the 2-1 victory, finished fourth with 55 points.
One point separated the dethroned champions from third spot and the same difference put them above Medeama SC who defeated Berekum Chelsea to clinch 5th position.
