Midfielder Mohammed Zakari gave the visitors a 14th-minute lead by floating a free-kick past goalkeeper Michael Abu.
But Wonders equalized just three minutes into the second half through Clement Boahen.
The 1-1 result keeps Eleven Wonders in 14th spot with 27 points in the league standings.
Inter Allies, who remain bottom of the log, improve their tally to 20 and six points off safety with 10 matches left.
