The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) final Group C qualifying match between Ghana and Sao Tome and Principe will be played behind closed doors.
Fans will not be admitted to the match scheduled for the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, March 28 in line with COVID-19 safety directives from the Confederation of African Football (Caf), the Ghana Football Association has confirmed..
The match will however be live on Ghana Television (GTV).
The Black Stars have already qualified for the Cameroon 2021 Afcon which comes off next year following Thursday’s 1-1 stalemate with South Africa in Johannesburg.
Coach CK Akonnor’s side is, however, determined to beat Sao Tome to end the qualification campaign top of Group C.
Sudan host South Africa in the other group game also on Sunday to determine who joins Ghana to the Afcon.
