Hearts of Oak squandered a two-goal lead before claiming a thrilling 3-2 victory over Ebusua Dwarfs in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League (GPL) Sunday afternoon.
Striker Victor Aidoo struck twice from the penalty spot to give the Phobians a 2-0 lead after 21 minutes at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Midfielder Moro Sumaila kept the visitors in the game by pulling one back before the halftime break.
Ebusua Dwarfs levelled the scores with a Dennis Korsah penalty in the 76th minute.
But substitute Isaac Mensah ensured all three points went the Phobians’ way by scoring the match-winner deep into injury time.
