Asante Kotoko got a goalless draw away to ES Sétif on Sunday but failed to progress to the group stage of the 2020/21 Caf Confederation Cup.
The Porcupine Warriors went into the game needing to overcome a 2-1 deficit from the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium last week.

It was the Algerians who created the most and clearer chances at Stade 8 Mai 1945 but were denied from going up by top saves from goalkeeper Razak Abalora.
Kotoko, who were solid in their play, created a couple of chances but just could not convert them.
After playing out a 0-0 draw, the record Ghanaian champions are eliminated and must now turn to the domestic competitions and chase a return to Africa next season through winning either the Ghana Premier League or the FA Cup.
ES Sétif will thus be playing in the group stage of the 2020/21 Caf Confederation Cup.
