Ghana midfielder Kamal Sowah scored his seventh goal for OH Leuven in the 2020/21 Belgian Jupiler Pro League who travelled to draw 1-1 at Chaleroi Wednesday night.
It was the Leicester City loanee who put the visitors in the lead after 12 minutes of play at Stade du Pays de Chaleroi. Sowah landed at the right time with a one-time connection to a cross from the left by Siebe Schrijvers. Watch video.
Leuven held on to their 1-0 lead until the 61st minute when Dorian Dessoleil scored to level the scoring for the hosts.
Kamal Sowah has started all 24 games and played across all attacking positions, scoring 7 times for Leuven this season.
OH Leuven are 6th on the Jupiler Pro League table with 36 points.
