The only outstanding fixture after 8 rounds in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League – Ebusua Dwarfs vs Asante Kotoko has been scheduled to be cleared on Wednesday, January 20.
An announcement by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) said the match-day 7 fixture will kick off at 15:00 GMT at Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
The game should have taken place on Sunday, January 3 but for Kotoko’s participation in the 2020/21 Caf Champions League at the time. The Porcupine Warriors were leaving the country on the match-day to face Al-Hilal of Sudan.
A win for Kotoko, currently placed 6th and three points adrift league leaders AshantiGold, could see them move into the top places of the log. Dwarfs, on the other hand, will need all three points to lift themselves off the relegation spots.
