I want to make Olympics great again – Annor Walker

Great Olympics coach, Daniel Annor Walker says he is aiming to return the club to its glory days.

The Dade Boys have recorded back-to-back wins in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Olympics beat WAFA 1-0 in Accra on Sunday in match-day six fixture after slaying giants Asante Kotoko, all within 72 hours.

Coach Walker, who has transformed the club, is looking to rejuvenate his side into recapturing its lost glory.

“My aim is just to build Olympics to a standard. And that is all I need.

“I don’t need any other thing apart from making Great Olympics a great team like before. That is all I wanted to do,” he told the press.

After seeing off WAFA, Great Olympics moved third on the league table with 10 points from five games after seeing.

The two-time league champions are just a point behind leaders, Karela in first and Bechem United in second.

Victory in their next fixture – a match-day 4 outstanding clash with Ebusua Dwarfs at home – will see Olympics go top of the table.
