Unattached Kwadwo Asamoah offered to PAOK – reports

Free-agent midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah may end up in Greece with Super League giants PAOK Thessaloniki.

The experienced and versatile Ghana international recently terminated his contract with Inter, where he had slid down the pecking order and looked to have limited playing opportunities.

Asamoah – who is now seeking a new club – has had no shortage of interest shown in his services with Sampdoria, Olympique Marseille, Crotone, Brescia, and Reading all understood to have made serious attempts to land his signature.

According to a report by Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, Asamoah, alongside former Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa, who is also without a contract, has both been proposed to PAOK Thessaloniki.

Kwadwo Asamoah joined Inter Milan on a free transfer in the Summer of 2018 after his contract with Juventus expired at the end of the previous season. During his two-year stint, he made 53 appearances in all competitions, in which he tallied three assists.
