DOL: Mustapha Fudail takes over as Hasaacas head coach

Sekondi Hasaacas have appointed Mustapha Fudail as new head coach.

The former King Faisal Babies player takes over the position made vacant by Ben Hayford who left the Division One club in July following the expiration of his contract.

Capito, as he is fondly called, Mustapha Fudail comes in a first-team coach from Division Two side Future Stars FC.

“Capito” elevation from Head Coach of a Second Division side, Future Stars to a Head Coach of first Division side in no less a Club than Sekondi Hasaacas FC speaks volumes of the confidence reposed in him by the Management of the Club,” portions of a club statement read.

The statement added: “…as a well-known coach with eyes for nurturing talents in the Western Region, Mustapha “Capito”, the Head of Western Region Club Owners Association adds that he “feels great joining Hasaacas FC”.

“A holder of Caf License B Certificate, Coach Mustapha “Capito” Fudail is mandated to steer the affairs of Our beloved Sekondi Hasaacas FC for a Year with an option to extend, with a mandate to qualify the team to the Ghana Premier League.”

“Coach Mustapha Capito is an experienced coach. He’s someone who appreciates both the managerial and technical aspects of the game, having gained the experience from running his own club. He’s someone that can help push our club,” Hasaacas CEO, Samuel Paa Kwesi Arbuah said on the appointment.
