Kurt E.S Okraku, the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has indicated plans to secure an ultramodern 56-seater bus for the use of the country’s national teams.

Touting the work done in about 10 months of his administration at the 26th Ordinary Congress Tuesday, the leader of Ghana Football said the GFA has been able to access up to $2,250,000 in Fifa Forward 1.0 money.

The GFA president further indicated that the federation is in the process of receiving $2 million Fifa Forward 2.0 money.

Out of this is the plan to acquire the bus and installation of some key facilities to aid national team camping at the GFA Technical Centre.

“Through our hard work again, we have been able to access Fifa Forward 2.0, colleagues. And that will ensure that we would access a maximum of $2million for the good of our football association.

“We intend to, among others, to purchase an ultramodern 56-seater bus for our national teams. This is so important. “This is so so important,” he re-echoed6.

President Okraku then added: “Here in Prampram, we’re going to put up a multipurpose court, a swimming pool and a modern gymnasium for the use of other national teams.”
