Tanzanian giants Yanga SC look set to announce the signing of former Asante Kotoko forward Songne Yacouba on a free transfer.
The Burkina Faso international has been unattached since running down his contract with the Porcupines in April.
Yanga were among several clubs who were credited with an interest in securing the services of Yacouba and have now landed their target after reaching an agreement on a two-year contract.
It is understood that negotiations were sealed late July with only a mandatory medical left for Yanga to go ahead and announce Yacouba as their new signing.
