Young Ghana midfielder, Edmund Addo played the whole game as FK Senica slumped to defeat at home in their opening match of the 2020/21 Slovak Fortuna Liga Saturday.
The 20-year-old winger had his side hammered 4-0 by MSK Zilina at Stadio FK Senica.
The first half was an evenly matched game as no goals were produced.
MSK Zilina came firing from all cylinders in the second half with David Duris fetching the opener in the 59th minute.
Five minutes later, Jakub Paur made the score 2-0.
Vahan Bichakhchyan then bagged a quickfire brace in the 79th and 84th minutes to put the visitors in absolute control – 4-0 and emerge winners.
FK Senica will look to return to the drawing board and re-strategize for the second game of the season. They travel to face Sered on Wednesday, August 12.
