Ghana Premier League side, Inter Allies have announced the return of dead ball specialist Gockel Ahortor to the club for the ongoing 2019/20 season.
The central midfielder, left the ‘Eleven Is To One’ on a free in 2016 after making 65 appearances and scoring 9 goals over three seasons.
During his first stint, Gockel Ahortor played three seasons for Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League from 2013 to 2016, where he made 65 appearances and scored 9 goals.

He joined Aduana Stars but cancelled his contract which was due to expire in December 2020 over lack of playing time.
Speaking to the club’s website, a delighted Ahortor described the move as a typical homecoming tale as he has long considered the Club as his family.
“This club is my home and no matter how long you move on, there is always that point to come home. I am really happy to be back to my team,” he said.
Gockel Ahortor is expected to add bite and steel to the team’s midfield with his experience and gamesmanship.
